The Webkinz world also includes games and other activities that will keep children busy for hours. There is also virtual money kids can use to buy pet food and other supplies. The site is also appealing since it is not related to a particular TV network. It also does not bombard children with promotions for DVDs, other shows, or products. It goes without saying that if you have convictions against excessive screen time, this probably isn't the stuffed animal for you. On the other hand, if you are looking for a fun activity your children can do independently, this is a lot of fun. (parents might even enjoy it too).
